kariera.gr | Hiring Solutions team is looking for a Procurement Specialist for DDΒ, a leading advertising company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to assess supplier capabilities and product specifications, enabling informed purchasing decisions.
• Employ effective negotiation strategies to secure cost-effective deals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Cultivate and manage robust relationships with key suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
• Communicate proficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in procurement processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Excellent level of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
