Leading company in the Media Industry is seeking to employ: Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Oversee and coordinate the full contract management process, from negotiations to the final signature, in cooperation with the Legal Department and the relevant units.
• Monitoring of the budget: Assist in the preparation, monitoring and analysis of budgets to ensure that financial targets are met and any variances are addressed.
• Cost control: Review and approve/reject expenditure requests, ensuring they comply with approved budgets and financial guidelines.
• Suppliers management: Maintain communication with vendors and external partners to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices and other financial documents.
• Strategic Cost Evaluation: Participate in evaluating production offers, recommending cost improvements, and negotiating terms with production companies in collaboration with department heads and the CFO.
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate and maintain financial reports, keeping track of key metrics and ensuring adherence to company policies and external regulations.
• Collaboration with HR: Work closely with the Human Resources department for contract-related employee issues, bonus payments, and personnel requirements.
• Project Management Support: Provide financial insights and assistance in contract preparation and management for ongoing projects, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law
• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller
• Proven working experience in an international environment
• Advanced SAP knowledge
• Excellent command of English language
