We invite applications from energetic, highly motivated and hard-working professionals to join our Athens office as a Transaction Advisory Senior Consultant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare business plans.
- Perform research on economic & industry trends and financial benchmarking in view of reporting major performance indicators.
- Perform financial due diligence analysis in the context of potential acquisitions or for other purposes.
- Participate in the development of services within the departments. Prepare deliverables in in the frame of services offered such as business plan, independent reviews etc. valuation analyses in a wide range of industries using the latest techniques.
- Assist in developing the business through preparation of studies and other relevant materials.
- Prepare presentations for clients, higher management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field
- MSc degree in Accounting & Finance or related field would be advantageous
- Holder or studying (at the final stages) towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CFA)
- 2-4 years of experience in the Transaction Advisory or equivalent department of a consulting firm
- Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, mature and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and in both Greek and English
- Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point).
- Good knowledge of international and local accounting policies
