About the role

The ideal candidate will join the Treasury department and will support the  Corporate Finance Manager in Banking Operations, Receivables monitoring, Working Capital management and Cash Flow forecasting. She/ he will report directly to the Corporate Finance Manager

The position will be based at our headquarters in Gerakas, Athens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Monitoring and Cash Management process (payments, process optimization)
  • Bank Operations (day to day relationship, KYC requirements, account opening, troubleshooting, investments, loans administration)
  • Receivables Management (monitoring, forecasting, reporting)
  • Cash Flow forecasting
  • Monthly & weekly treasury reporting
  • Support the business with ad hoc financial reports and other special projects.
  • Be the contact person with Accounting to ensure the bank balances are accurate
  • Assist in Liquidity Management


Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in financial analysis and reporting roles, preferably within the context of financial consulting or within a finance function of a multinational organization; international experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong academic background from top-tier school either in business or finance.
  • Outstanding MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Google Sheets skills are required; Data modelling experience is essential.
  • Ability to manage complex data requests, fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written (additional language is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy are critical.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • International perspective and culture; adaptable to change.
  • Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking, proactiveness and time dedication.
