Your Role
As an Operational and F&B Controller, you will support our Finance team by enhancing operations and driving data-driven decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
•    Revenue control and reconciliation.
•    Carry out unannounced checks
•    Control the inventory operations of goods and finished products.
•    Research and analyze gaps and follow action plans.
•    Integrate budget elements into the monthly results monitoring grids
•    Prepare the requested indicators
•    Perform reconciliations with accounting
•    Check the consistency of the different data
•    Collect, analyze and synthesize budget data

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who are motivated, flexible, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment. Ideal qualifications include:
•    Analytical mind and good interpersonal skills
•    Frequent travel
•    Ability to be rigorous and organized
•    Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management Informatics
•    Fluency in the English language.
