FINANCIAL PLANNING, CONTROLLING & COSTING MANAGER  - GREECE

THE JOB 

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting. 

• Manage financial reporting and oversee financial controlling activities. 

• Implement and maintain financial systems, especially SAP. 

• Drive the CAPEX management process and ensure adherence to governance standards. 

• Develop and manage costing systems to analyze production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve profitability. 

• Provide detailed cost analysis, variance reports, and recommendations to support decision-making. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and support the company’s digital transformation plans. 

THE PERSON 

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial planning, controlling, and costing in the manufacturing industry. 

• At least 3 years of SAP experience, with a special focus on budgeting and costing modules. 

• Solid knowledge of corporate governance and SOX principles. 

• Demonstrated experience in cost management and analysis within a manufacturing environment. 

• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills. 

• Fluent English; native Greek.
