As a Financial Analyst, you will be tasked to provide accurate data and financial insights to assess and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be very hands-on, highly analytical, service-oriented, with exquisite communication skills, high energy to every task and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation of the annual cycle budget , balance sheet, cash flow preparation and CAPEX analysis
• Compare and analyze performance results against budget and provide feedback
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly IFRS financial statements
• Contribute in the preparation of the monthly Management report
• Assist in the maintenance and update of the cost centres and their analysis
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Evaluate and propose cost efficiencies in plants and in various areas of the organization, as needed
• Act as a liaison person with Accounting, assisting in the monitoring of the operating data and ensures data accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in special ad hoc projects when necessary

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• MSc in Business Finance or MBA would be considered a plus
• Minimum 3-4 years in similar positions, preferably in the manufacturing sector
• Top tier MS Office skills are essential
• Excellent English, written and verbal
• Previous experience in AXAPTA ERP (Microsoft Dynamics XA) and COGNOS is highly appreciated
