Scope:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming our financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a passion for uncovering insights and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Redesign and enhance existing business intelligence tables and reports to improve their usability and value to stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the Accounting department to ensure data accuracy and alignment between financial and operational data.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand their business needs and provide data-driven support for their decision-making processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Automate manual tasks and streamline workflows to free up time for more strategic analysis.
- Mentor and guide a team of 2 financial analysts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong forecasting and reporting skills.
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) will be considered as an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience in ERP transitions and new tools implementation.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
