Referring to the Regional Finance Supervisor,

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Act as Business Partner, providing finance insights to internal stakeholders for financial planning activities, budgeting reasons and relevant decision - making processes.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports.
• Participate in finance projects, gradually taking ownership of particular workstreams.
• Define and produce financial reporting, ensuring that it is in line with the Group’s standards while implementing good internal control practices.
• Maximize financial systems usage and efficiency as well as leverage knowledge and intuition around systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and accounting procedures.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably gained in a relevant industry (Retail Sector).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of IFRS and its application in financial reporting.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English
