The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Accounts Payable Assistant Accountant” – Βοηθός Λογιστή Πληρωτέων Λογαριασμών, for its premises in Skouries Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Financial Accountant & AP Manager of the Finance department of Skouries project.

Main Responsibilities:

·      Review of receipts of transactions. Check the completeness and accuracy of the content of invoices and accompanying documents.

·      Posting of operating expenses / invoices, purchases e.g. materials, services, utilities, assets, leasing expenses, travel expenses, fuel expenses, telecommunication expenses, etc.

·      Reconciliation of invoiced amount against Purchase Order (PO).

·      Posting of personnel’s expense reports.

·      Reconciliation of supplier’s balances and communication with the suppliers.

·      Creation of department’s PR.

·      Creation of prepayment requests.

·      Collaboration with Procurement department to resolve issues relevant to Purchase Orders etc.

·      Preparation of any Ad Hoc reports relevant to Vendors open balances & expenses.

·      Archiving of invoices and other documents.

Requirements:

·      University degree preferably in Accounting or Finance.

·      At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar position

·      Excellent knowledge in laws and regulations and hands-on experience in IFRS.

·      Excellent knowledge of the English language.

·      Very good knowledge of MS office and SAP, with preference for knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

·      Analytical and problem solving skills.

·      Strong organizational skills.

·      Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·      Confidentiality, honesty, loyalty, responsibility, initiative, proactive, time management skills.
