What you will do as an Office Administrator @Plaisio:
✅Coordinate and maintain office documents, accounting files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date
✅Process invoices and payment requests regarding customer refunds
✅Perform general administrative duties and offer administrative support
✅Ensure the smooth functioning of office activities and processes to support the efficiency of employees
✅Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
✅Manage office resources efficiently, including space, supplies, and equipment, to meet operational requirements and cost efficiency
✅Prepare minutes Board of Directors in cooperation with the legal department
How you match:
✅University degree in any field
✅2+ years’ experience in a similar position
✅Strong organisational and analytical skills
✅Very good knowledge of MS Office
✅Able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines in a timely manner
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
