ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a dynamic and innovative company in the technology sector, is seeking a driven Chief Financial Officer to lead finance operations.
 

Role Overview:
As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the group companies, ensuring robust financial planning, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, enhancing financial performance and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, and risk management to ensure financial integrity.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize capital allocation to support growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain operational excellence.
• Identify initiatives to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
• Implement and enhance financial systems, tools, and technologies to improve reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity, preferably in the technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• An MBA, MSc, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
• Tech-savvy with excellent proficiency in English.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, and risk management.
• Proven ability to excel in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a high degree of agility.
