Our SIXT Division is looking for a Financial Controller to join our team, who shares our vision and is eager to be part of our growth journey. The role reports both to SIXT Division & Financial Division and will provide accurate and data-based information to Management concerning the Division’s performance, supporting Management decisions and strategy.
You will be called to:
- Participate actively in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Offer insights into discrepancies between actual and budgeted/forecasted outcomes, encompassing both sales and expenses
- Produce regular managerial reports for the SIXT Division and departments, with a specific focus on monitoring expenses related to operations, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure maximum level of reconciliation between accounting and management/divisional reporting
- Be able to deal with large data sets from multiple sources (General Ledger, Commercial Reports, etc.)
- Analyze past results, perform variance analyses, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare diverse financial and business analyses and presentations to convey trends, ratios and support various ad-hoc projects
- Identify and drive process improvements including the creation of standard or custom reports, financial models and Excel dashboards
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, or a Financial Planning & Analysis Department
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related field
- Very strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Passion for numbers and data-driven insights
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and meet deadlines efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
