ΟικονομικάResponsibilities:
- Process hiring documentation
- Implement the operational onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Update internal databases
- Prepare and file HR Documents
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR & Payroll Administrative role
- BSc preferably in Accounting or Human Resources
- Experience in My Ergani Information System
- Experience in Payroll preparation will be considered an asset
- Hands-on experience with an HR Software (preferably Softone HRM)
- High level attention to detail and numerical literacy
- Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent Communication skills and flexibility
