Responsibilities:

  • Process hiring documentation
  • Implement the operational onboarding and offboarding process
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare and file HR Documents
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Participate in HR projects

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR & Payroll Administrative role
  • BSc preferably in Accounting or Human Resources
  • Experience in My Ergani Information System
  • Experience in Payroll preparation will be considered an asset
  • Hands-on experience with an HR Software (preferably Softone HRM)
  • High level attention to detail and numerical literacy
  • Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent Communication skills and flexibility
