Your purpose:

You are an ambassador for exceptional service and an overall contribution to customer satisfaction. You are responsible for a restaurant sector, that is its organisation, set-up and service. You provide high-quality service to customers and makes them feel unique and valued and creates enduring memories.

You will be accountable for:

• Delivering exceptional service, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensuring timely delivery of food and maintaining cleanliness of guest tables through pre-bussing and resetting.
• Collaborating with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold seamless service quality.
• Greeting guests warmly and engaging with them to enhance their dining experience.
• Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including stock levels of service items and ensuring safety standards.
• Actively addressing and reporting guest concerns to management to ensure quick resolution.
• Cross-training as needed to support other team members and maintain flexibility during service.
