Your purpose:

You are an ambassador for exceptional service and an overall contribution to customer satisfaction. You are responsible for a restaurant sector, that is its organisation, set-up and service. You provide high-quality service to customers and makes them feel unique and valued and creates enduring memories.

You will be accountable for:

• Ensuring excellent standards during service and when welcoming customers
• Taking part in the setup of all tables and required equipment
• Welcoming and assisting guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way
• Staying updated on food and beverage menus and stock levels
• Providing excellent communication with your team, your managers, kitchen and other departments
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed
• Applying brand and restaurant procedures and policies
• Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer experience
• Attending and complete all training provided
