Mission: As a Sommelier, you will design tailored Wine experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Tailored Service: Create and update the wine list in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager. Advise guests on wines, based on their personal tastes and food choices. Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware.
Responsibilities
Previous experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess, or similar role within a bar/restaurant, preferably in a hotel environment
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus
Sommelier Certification
Strong verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything
