Your main purpose
Oversee all room service operations, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and protocols.
Manage the room service team, providing training and performance feedback.
Collaborate with kitchen employees to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high food quality standards.
Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory of food and beverages and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement room service menus.
What will you bring?
Previous experience in managing team within an F&B environment in a similar role.
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
Familiarity with day-to-day operations, including food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and restaurant software.
