Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the mini bar service, ensuring timely replenishment and cleanliness.
Supervise and train Mini Bar attendants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular audits of mini bar stock and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of mini bar consumption and billing.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What will you bring?
Previous experience within an F&B environment in a similar role.
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism would be a plus.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
Familiarity with day-to-day operations, including food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and restaurant software.
