Porto Zante Villas & Spa, one of the world’s most exclusive resorts, recognized among the 68 Best Hotels & Resorts in the World  by Condé Nast Traveller is seeking a highly skilled and professional Head Waiter/Waitress to deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience for its elite clientele.

This role requires a hospitality professional with experience in Michelin-star restaurants or top-tier luxury resorts, ensuring seamless service execution, refined guest interactions, and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tables, ensuring flawless service and attention to guest needs.
• Assist guests with menu selection, providing expert recommendations on dishes
• Support the Sommelier by ensuring smooth wine service
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain service flow and precise timing.
• Ensure all table settings, service standards, and guest interactions align with Michelin-star quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, handling requests seamlessly
• Supervise and maintain the availability of dining essentials, including cutlery, glassware, and linens, ensuring seamless service operations.
• Ensure the dining area remains pristine, well-organized, and in impeccable condition at all times.
• Assist in the billing and farewell processes with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Hospitality School and/or equivalent experience in luxury restaurants & hotels.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role at a top-tier luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant.
• Fluent in English (Greek is an asset).
• Experience with MICROS POS is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, polished appearance, and professional demeanor.
