DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for a high-potential Junior Production Planner to join our Planning team. The main purpose of this role is to support the demand planning and forecasting process implementation in order to actively support our business growth. This position is based in Athens (Kryoneri).

Main Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain project-related documents and files to ensure easy access for team members.
• Implement and manage the Regulatory Affairs Database.
• Oversee and coordinate the New Drug Development portfolio projects.
• Manage funding scheme projects, focusing on meeting timelines and budgeting requirements.
• Lead the migration and implementation of ERP (SAP) systems.
• Take charge of managing various adhoc projects as they arise.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, (Chemical) Engineering or Project Management
•  Proven 1-2 years of work experience in a technical role as an Regulatory Affairs /R&D/ Data Management / Project Management or another similar position
•  Experience in project coordination
•  PMP certified is desirable
•  Fluency in English and Greek
•  Excellent use of MS Office
•  Strong communication and teamwork skills
•  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•  Willing to learn new things and get involved in various projects
•  Multitasking
