Within this framework, we are looking for a well-structured and agile “Product Manager for the ICT Portfolio Online Charging & Services”.

Position Overview:

The Product Manager for the ICT Portfolio Online Charging & Services (solutions in VAS, IN, Prepaid, Charging, Policy and Billing) will be responsible for structuring and managing the product roadmap, conducting market research and analysis, defining product requirements and specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for the development and launch or relaunch of existing and new products. This role is crucial in structuring and branding a complex portfolio of ICT solutions, enhancing market presence, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap Development:

  • Structure and manage a clear and actionable product roadmap for the ICT portfolio, addressing current gaps and aligning with business goals
  • Monitor the implementation of the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Keep track of competitors' activities, including digital, trade, and e-commerce strategies, to inform product strategy and positioning

Product Strategy & Branding:

  • Define and build a comprehensive product strategy, focusing on differentiation and value proposition for the ICT portfolio
  • Identify target market segments and tailor strategies accordingly
  • Enhance branding of ICT products by improving market perception and customer understanding through clear, consistent messaging
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure their application across all marketing materials
  • Devise and implement promotional plans, incorporating sales forecasts and stock planning to optimize market performance
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products
  • Ensure successful market entry and customer adoption through coordinated launch activities

Collateral Review & Update:

  • Review and update the marketing and technical collaterals, ensuring accuracy, relevance and alignment with brand messaging
  • Overhaul and maintain the respective website to enhance user experience and product visibility

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, presales and sales teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and business objectives
  • Work closely with the corporate communication team in the creation and review of promotional materials, including brochures, white papers and product descriptions

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage the product lifecycle from initial development to market introduction, in coordination with the technical team, including assistance with pricing strategy
  • Maintain detailed product data, including specifications, features, and unique selling propositions (USPs)
  • Prepare regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions


Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • MSc in Marketing or an MBA is preferred
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly within ICT solutions, online charging and services
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
