On behalf of our client, an insurance brokerage firm, we are looking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer.

Main responsibilities

• Leads the development of the company’s short and long-term strategies, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives
• Creates and implements strategies, in collaboration with the shareholders, to determine the direction the company will take
• Makes major corporate decisions and manages the overall operations and resources of the company
• Monitors how various departments operate and collaborates to achieve overall goals
• Ensures compliance with legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Maintains awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and industry developments
• Collaborates with the CFO and Commercial Director to explore new markets and create plans to increase sales and profitability
• Evaluates the work of other executive leaders within the company
• Fosters a positive culture within the company, promoting high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Identifies and manages potential risks to the company’s business and operations

• BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of senior management experience within insurance industry
• Proven track record of successful leadership in the insurance industry
• Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Visionary leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong focus on achieving results and driving performance
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
