Position: Administrative Employee - Legal Consultant

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and lease agreements.
  • Collaborating with the management of the company to resolve legal issues.
  • Managing administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of the business.
  • Drafting and archiving legal documents and lease agreements.
  • Communicating with external legal consultants and services.
  • Providing legal advice to the internal departments of the company on issues related to corporate and labor law.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Supporting the management and organization of administrative processes.
  • Liaising with external legal consultants and partner organizations.
  • Participating in the investigation and resolution of legal issues pertaining to the company.
  • Providing legal advice on corporate law, labor law, and contracts.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Law degree from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative/legal role is considered an additional qualification.
  • Knowledge of corporate and labor law.
  • Ability to draft legal documents accurately.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
