PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and lease agreements.
- Collaborating with the management of the company to resolve legal issues.
- Managing administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of the business.
- Drafting and archiving legal documents and lease agreements.
- Communicating with external legal consultants and services.
- Providing legal advice to the internal departments of the company on issues related to corporate and labor law.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Supporting the management and organization of administrative processes.
- Liaising with external legal consultants and partner organizations.
- Participating in the investigation and resolution of legal issues pertaining to the company.
- Providing legal advice on corporate law, labor law, and contracts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative/legal role is considered an additional qualification.
- Knowledge of corporate and labor law.
- Ability to draft legal documents accurately.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
