We provide high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care to over 40,000 patients in 460 clinics. We are now seeking an Area Clinic Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our clinics in Greece, ensuring operational, financial, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Ensure medical outcomes and quality meet Diaverum standards and legal requirements. Coordinate clinic duties to guarantee safety, cleanliness, and patient satisfaction.
• Business Care: Lead operational activities with referral hospitals, doctors, and health authorities. Ensure the efficient use of Diaverum digital platforms and policies.
• Employee Care: Promote Diaverum’s culture, support employee onboarding, training, and performance management, and address employee-related issues promptly.
• Clinic Operations: Oversee the day-to-day clinic operations, manage resources, and ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare budgets, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Growth & Strategy: Drive organic growth, analyze market trends, and manage clinic projects (DeNovo, Relocation, Refurbishing). Handle licensing, market intelligence, and cost management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. Post-graduate education in Healthcare is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably within the dialysis or healthcare industry.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
