Wavemaker Hospitality, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We are looking for an experienced and talented individual for the role of the F&B Controller for the award-winning 5* Atlantica Beach Resort Hotel in Kos island.

Basic knowledge requirements & skills:

• College/University Diploma/Degree
• Fluent in English
• Previous Hotel Operations background will be considered as an advantage
• Basic knowledge of hotel systems (POS, Stock Control, Time recording System)
• Basic IT knowledge
• Good communication and organisational skills

Basic F&B Control duties:

• Monthly Stock takes
• Entry of physical stocks and issue of stock control reports
• Cost Control
• Menu costings
• Monthly F&B Result’s preparation
• Check for compliance of all control procedures
• Hotel Software Systems basic checks
  • Point of Sales (manage and maintenance)
  • Front Office and Reservations Software
  • Time recording system control
  • ERP (Stock control)
  • Inventory system hardware equipment and licenses entries.
