DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to manage a wide range of key engineering projects that relate to our new investment plan and actively support our new industrial complex in Tripoli.

This position will be based in our new production facilities in Tripoli following an on-the-job training period in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Plan and keep engineering projects schedules for the Technical Department

• Plan and monitor tasks and their technical feasibility in alignment with the internal project stakeholders/ task owners, resources availability and timelines
• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Participate in the design, purchase and installation of new machinery equipment
• Participate in SAT processes
• Deliver the projects after the equipment installation to the internal teams (Validation and Production)

• Create and maintain project documentation - Project Timetable, Project URS, Product Table, Layouts with Flows
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and propose mitigation plan
• Moderate project team meetings, keep minutes and follow-up with internal stakeholders

• BSc and MSc in Engineering

• MBA or a Project Management certification is desirable
• Proven working experience of minimum 4 years as a project manager in a large-scale industrial organization managing engineering projects
• Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in management, budgeting and analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Ability to influence various stakeholders

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and comfort in managing multiple tasks
• Resilience and ability to achieve targets in a fast-growing and fast-paced organization
