We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Head to lead the team in Human Capital Consulting Division which offers a variety of solutions to our clients in the following fields: Certifications & Skill Development, Psychometric Tools (HOGAN Assessment Systems) and Aptitude Tests (ΑΟΝ Assessments), Corporate Culture, HR Audit, Assessment & Development Centers, Outplacement Services and Reward Systems Development.

Head of Human Capital Consulting Division (Ref. 5644/SMHCC/ESS/GR)

Profile:

The executive will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive human capital strategies for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to manage complex projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of consultants, develop client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Human Capital Consulting division, aligned with the overall goals and objectives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of the consulting practice Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored HR solutions.
Provide visionary leadership and direction to the Human Capital Consulting team.
Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple consulting projects.
Mentor and develop a team of HR consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Implement performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of consulting initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and position the agency as a leader in the field of human capital consulting.
Cooperate closely with the other two divisions of the company: Executive Search & Selection and Training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology; related Master's degree is a must.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in human capital consulting or a senior HR leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
