ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading luxury hospitality company is looking for an experienced HR Manager.

HR Manager/Hospitality (5648/HRM/ESS/GR)

The HR Manager will manage the department in various human resource functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs. Also, the HR Manager will oversee and manage the recruitment, employee relations, training, and other HR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage workforce planning and onboarding process.
• Develop a strategic recruitment framework to fulfill business staffing requirements.
• Monitor HR programs, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain employee records and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Εstablish and maintain good relationships with seasonal employees and adapt to seasonal recruitment dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven working experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a must.
• Knowledge of HR practices, systems, and principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience in all facets of HR operations.
