Junior HR Generalist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening incoming resumes, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle all matters related to hiring and contract renewals, including obtaining necessary approvals, gathering required documentation, submitting to the ERGANI system, and entering data into the Scan HRMS payroll system.
  • Submit recruitment, work accidents, and work program details to the ERGANI system.
  • Collaborate with and support the HR Director in updating and drafting company procedures, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
  • Monitor and manage employee benefits, including collecting and updating records, system updates, and filing.
  • Developing and implementing employee training & development programs.
  • Collaborate with the company's Occupational Physician and Safety Technician.
  • Participate in and support any HR Department projects as needed.

                                                                                            

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
