Your Role:

As a Payroll Specialist, you will join the HR team and you will be responsible for overseeing, managing the payroll process, and our employees' rewards, perks and benefits. You will actively support the developing programs that improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Review and verify payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees and address any issues or discrepancies promptly
• Design and develop compensation policies based on business goals and strategy
• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
• Coordinate C&B processes like salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction
• Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about internal equity and external competitiveness
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
• Advise and support Line Managers in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Payroll, Specialist or similar role
• Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of C&B best practices will be considered as a plus
• Familiarity with current employment rules, payroll principles, practices, and regulations
• Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-oriented approach
• Analytical mindset with numerical skills and detail-oriented
