ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a Premier organization in the Greek market, extending its reach to the US, is currently seeking to recruit a hands-on freelancer, in the role of HR Transformation Consultant, on a Remote basis.


HR Transformation Consultant (Freelance-Remote)


Role Overview:

The HR Transformation Consultant will work on a project basis in order to lead and assist with critical HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR Advisory, preferably with a background at one of the Big Four Consulting Firms. This role requires a proactive approach to implementing various HR projects, with travel as needed for project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System:

  • Implement a new performance management methodology.
  • Ensure alignment and drive towards excellence across the organization.

2025 OKRs:

  • Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for 2025.
  • Provide continuous guidance and support to managers and employees.

L&D Academy:

  • Expand the Learning & Development offerings by integrating additional online courses.
  • Foster continuous growth and development within the organization.

New Hire Induction Program:

  • Finalize and implement a comprehensive induction program for new team members.

New HRIS:

  • Source and implement a new Human Resources Information System.
  • Streamline HR processes and improve data management.

Reward and Recognition Program:

  • Develop and implement a program to recognize and reward the efforts and achievements of the global team.

Hybrid Work Model:

  • Develop and implement a new hybrid work model, focusing on policy development, technology integration, and digitization.
  • Establish clear OKRs to track the success of the hybrid work model.

Vision and Values Cascading:

  • Oversee the project to cascade the company vision and values throughout the organization.

Annual Global Town Hall:

  • Assist with the agenda and planning to ensure a productive and engaging global town hall session for all employees.

Employee Engagement:

  • Structure commitments and clarify responsibilities to boost employee engagement across the board.


Requirements:

  • Previous solid experience as a Consultant preferably from a Big Four firm.
  • Proven experience overseeing and implementing similar HR transformation projects.
  • Strong HR and Project Management experience and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands on approach.
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.​​​​​​​
