Job Description

• Monitoring of the electronic system of staff timetabling, collection & filing of the necessary documentation of absences (illnesses, parental leave, etc. ).
• Manage employment contracts, work schedules, shift changes, new hires and departures including the necessary actions in "ERGANI" platform.
• Collection of the necessary recruitment documents and entry of basic employee data in the SCAN HRMS system.
• Drafting and checking contracts, certificates, and letters relating to personnel matters.
• Monitor the group insurance plan of employee

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or other related field.
• Desired 1-2 years work experience in a relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Ergani Information System will be considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Learning agility and creativity.
• Digital savviness.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and deliver results to meet timelines.
