Responsibilities

  • Support the employment cycle by being the first point of contact for any operational question.
  • Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, terminations, changes in job classifications and salaries, tracking vacation and sickness.
  • Interact with the Payroll Department to ensure proper payment on time.
  • Dealing with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations. Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management.
  • Implement and maintain staff benefits (health plans, membership cards etc), in accordance with overall company policies
  • Ensure reporting.
  • Coordinate all recruitment processes with Line Managers (job postings, screening, interviewing, internal job postings etc).
  • Assist HR Director on designing and deploy the company’s HR processes and policies and people strategy.

 

Who you are

  • Do you have a degree in Business Administration or HRM?
  • Do you have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role?
  • Are you an experienced user of HRIS systems?
  • Are you familiar with HR processes?
  • Do you have a ‘Thinking out of the box mindset’?
  • Are you great in communicating with people?
