Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Payroll Specialist & HR Administrator to join our HR team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll and HR administration:

  • Actively engage in the daily operations of an extremely dynamic HR team
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, including updates in HRMS.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance records (Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας), ensuring all data is accurately recorded and reported
  • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data such as attendance, absences, and leave records.
  • Provide employee servicing as needed

Your profile:

  • BSc in any field (Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources would be preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in accounting, payroll, HR generalist
  • Familiarity with Ergani, Time Attendance Card (Ψηφιακή Κάρτα Εργασίας), HR systems is highly desirable, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Positive and can-do attitude
