ROLE SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager People Experience (PX) for Thessaloniki, Greece is an integral role which partners with the Business Leaders of the Operations based in Thessaloniki Site which includes GBS, Digital, PRD and WWS.
The Sr. Manager PX is responsible to drive the people and culture plans to enable engagement, performance and growth and will play a critical role to shape the workforce of the organizations in the Thessaloniki Site.
The position is a key member of the GBS/Digital/PRD Site Leadership Team.

People & Culture strategy planning & execution:
- In alignment with business, develop and execute meaningful people plans that will deliver performance and achievement of business priorities.
- Lead growth processes and talent management to develop strong pipeline.
- Leading consultant to Site Leadership on Engagement, DEI, Health & Wellness strategy.
Business partner
- Provide PX Client Facing support to the different sites (GBS, CDI, PRD).Based on the individual functional site needs, lead/contribute in: Initiatives, Project, Local Site leadership team participation.
- Supports the execution of annual PX processes and programs (performance, compensation processes, career management), oversees in alignment with global and country practices.
- Managing employees labor law related processes (e.g., disciplinary cases, PIPs, restructuring, court claims, etc.).
PX leadership
- Ensure effective partnership and alignment with relevant global & regional PX stakeholders to embrace and bring an enterprise, corporate perspective to the decision making related to the Site's Organizations.
- Work closely with union representatives on all matters related to the workforce and labor relations.
- The position is responsible for the hub to assure that all local legal requirements to fulfill the legislation and the local compliance need are respected.
- The incumbent is expected to coordinate with the other PX relevant parties in Greece and, in close collaboration, assure that all local labor conditions are in compliance.
- Partners closely with Global & Regional PX & COEs (Compensation, Global Benefits, Global Mobility, Org Development, Talent teams, CX, GBS etc.).
- Leadership, growth & development of the PX teams in Thessaloniki.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree and above.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in PX technical proficiencies and core PX competencies with experience in coaching, employee development, organization development and driving process improvements.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with unions and labor relations.
- Experience in PX business partnering roles.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor laws applicable.
- Strong leadership, integration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong influence skill, provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree.
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- PX management experience in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proven track record of successful Change Management and ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality.
- Demonstrates business acumen, project management skills, facilitation and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills.
