Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Manager in the recruitment process
• Participate in preparing reports for the HR Department on agreed basis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
• Collect and prepare hiring documents
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations
• Participation in career days
• Participate in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Travel to branches to conduct satisfaction surveys, collect documents and share information with Employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and Master’s degree in HRM
• Fluent English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HR software
