If so, this is the chance to apply now! 📥PeopleCert is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Associate for the Operations TA team. The Talent Acquisition Associate (Operations) will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for operational roles within the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of operations roles and the skills required to excel in such positions.


As a Talent Acquisition Associate, your tasks will include the following:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for operational roles
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the skills necessary for each position
  • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate selection based on recruitment best practices
  • Coordinate with HR and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates


What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in operations or a related field
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOLcertificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced IT Literacy is required. ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
