We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 30 countries, worldwide. As we expand our operations in Greece, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. 

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in implementing our Metropolitan Market Center Greece recruitment plan. You will be responsible for driving our recruiting activities across various channels, ensuring that we attract top talent for our sales and rental agent positions. Your contributions will be essential in further developing our recruiting strategies and enhancing our onboarding and training processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Metropolitan Market Center recruitment plan effectively.
• Conduct recruiting activities through diverse recruitment channels. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Participate in the interview process, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Report recruitment activities and progress to the Head of Recruitment, Onboarding & Performance regularly.
• Assist with the onboarding and training schedule for new partners at the Metropolitan Market Center.
• Manage administration tasks and maintain applicant correspondence throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent Greek and English language skills.
• Professional knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition.
