HR Director (5687/HRD/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term business objectives to drive performance and growth.
- Design and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, development, and employee empowerment across the organization.
- Manage the HR function budget, ensuring effective cost control while delivering high-value HR services.
- Foster a high-performance culture by driving employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and act as a key advisor on complex HR issues to senior management.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, talent management strategy, company’s payroll and performance evaluation processes
- Coordinate compliance activities related to labor law and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of HR experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in the production or manufacturing industry is a must.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Results-oriented, with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
