Among the various industries we recruit for, Hiring Solutions team exclusively retained to find a a dynamic and experienced HR Manager on behalf of a client that specializes in providing high standard warehousing, distribution and transport services for temperature controlled products.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages the full recruitment, induction and leavers process
• Formulate and ensure the implementation of the company's HR policy and recommend needed changes
• Ensure effective HR planning, performance appraisal, salary structure, compensation and benefits, labor relations etc.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or in any other related field
• MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills; ability to set priorities, assess progress, improve strategies for ultimately reaching the company's recruitment goals
• Excellent command of English language
• Computer literacy (MS Office) and knowledge of ERP systems
• Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Pleasant and dynamic personality with team spirit
