What is Expected from You

You will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurately delivery of a highly demanding payroll process, as well as for the follow up of labor, insurance and tax issues.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process payroll for client employees, ensuring accuracy in payments and deduction
• Update and maintain accurate payroll records, including salary information, working hours, overtime, and deductions
• Collaborate with clients to resolve payroll-related issues and provide necessary clarifications
• Ensure adherence to current labor and tax laws, including regulations on taxes and social security contributions
• Generate and submit payroll-related reports to clients and relevant authorities
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in payroll or related work, ideally within a human resources firm
• Strong understanding of labor and tax laws related to payroll
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office programs, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage client communications effectively and resolve issues professionally
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and support colleagues.
