PeopleCert is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Operations Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is critical to driving the growth of our operations by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for customer support and other operational roles. The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet the organization's staffing needs efficiently and effectively. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while also providing strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers.


As a Talent Acquisition Associate, your tasks will include the following:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for operational roles, focusing on mass recruitment for customer support positions.
  • Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews for senior or complex roles and provide insights on candidate selection.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through participation in career fairs, networking events, and other activities.


What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on frontline and back-office roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
  • Advanced IT Literacy is required. ECDL Core/Expert certification will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
