Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόIn Evergrow S.A. we are looking for an HR Generalist, on behalf of our client, a well-established industrial and commercial company, operating in the food industry.
About the role
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function, incuding Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll. The ideal candidate will stand out for his/her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive personality and organizational ability.
Responsibilities
- Conducts full lifecycle recruiting for permanent and seasonal positions - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates from application to offer.
- Offers a positive experience to candidates, through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Promotes a positive work environment, through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Designs and implements effective HR policies and procedures.
- Manages relationships with agencies, recruiting partners and universities.
- Ensures compliance with Greek employment law and regulations.
- Maintains and updates employee records, in accordance with legal requirements.
- Implements and analyzes the training needs, organizes training activities.
- Supports the employee professional development plans design and implementation.
- Collaborates with other departments, in order to ensure that the HR activities and processes are aligned with business goals.
- Maintains employee payroll records up-to-date and participate in the payroll calculation.
- Updating data on ERGANI II (recruitment, departures, schedule, changes, overtime, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of ERGANI II.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality, attention to detail, numerical literacy and pc literacy (MS-Office Applications, ERP, HRMS).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Team player, enthusiastic personality.
