Profile:

• Degree in Human Resources. Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• 3+ years prior experience in Human Resources or similar roles
• Strong understanding of labor law and payroll procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interpret and explain written and statistical data to various audiences.
• Ability to convey challenging information to managers.
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
• Strong training, coaching, and mediating skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
