Group Rewards Analyst

About the role:

In this pivotal position, you will actively participate in shaping and executing our comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy throughout the organization. This position involves diving into compensation data to uncover valuable insights and propose recommendations that enhance our reward strategies, maintain our competitive edge, and elevate employee satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the remuneration and benefits policy, ensuring compliance with regulations, fairness, and equity organization-wide.
  • Provides expert guidance and training on compensation and benefits to HR centers and business units, offering insights on best practices and legal considerations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Conducts thorough analysis and investigation of the insights gathered from comparing annual surveys with the actual salary benefits across subsidiaries
  • Recommends corrective measures aligned with the business strategies of both the parent company and each subsidiary
  • Oversees and maintains the Manpower Budget process for the parent company and subsidiaries, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Tracks yearly payroll expenses and analyzes impacts from strategic decisions.
  • Conducts reward benchmarking to propose salary packages for new jobs based on market analysis.
  • Reviews and recommends salary upgrades considering team salary benefits.
  • Supports the subsidiaries in the annual proposals of salary upgrades in order to be evaluated and approved by the parent company
  • Monitors the annual payroll cost and how it may change taking into account the proposals for increases and the business performance of the parent and subsidiaries


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/ Economics/ Human Resources / Accounting & Finance or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits analysis
  • 5 years of experience in HR department
  • Previous experience in a global environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in Excel (mostly Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)) and HRMS platforms
  • Strong proficiency in the English language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset
