YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Administrator, you will support the HR team by handling the administration of daily HR operations tasks and you will focus on the below:
- Support all HR administration processes, HR databases, and compliance
- Draft, prepare and update employment contracts, as well as maintain personnel and confidential files
- Collection, check and data entry of employees’ data in the Company’s Software
- Responsible for confirmation of working schedule and shifts to the relevant Government Body
- Responsible for Employees Ergani / Sepenet.
- Preparation of various HR-related reports
- Handle annual leave registry and internal documents
- Deal with employee requests and support operations personnel with HR issues
- Other duties as assigned
OUR REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related degree
- Excellent command of Greek with good writing skills
- Good communication and writing skills in English
- Good knowledge of excel and MS Office suite
- Have at least one-year experience using Ergani, ERP Software (knowledge of Scan HRMS will be considered a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diligence, punctuality, and a systematic responsible approach
- Payroll experience will be an asset
