The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of "Human Resources Administration & Payroll Officer" at its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the HR & Payroll Supervisor of Kassandra Mines.
Main Responsibilities:
· Assist in processing payroll by providing accurate employee data (e.g., attendance, leaves, work schedules).
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and updated.
· Manage internal HR and payroll databases and systems for efficient data management.
· Collect, verify and organize employee documents required.
· Prepare and distribute HR policies, guidelines and procedural updates.
· Manage employee schedules and ensure alignment with company policies.
· Assist in generating HR and payroll reports for internal use and audits.
· Address employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll-related topics.
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Administrator, Payroll Assistant, or in a similar role.
· Be based in Chalkidiki.
· Familiarity with HR software systems (HRIS/HRMS) is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English languages.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in both written and spoken forms.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
