JOB SUMMARY
He/she carries out the daily activities of the Human Resources Department including oversight of recruitment, training and development, employee relations and staff accommodation. Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
TASKS
- Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process
- Managing Employee Training & Development
- Maintaining Employee Relations
- Managing Legal and Compliance Practices
- Handling the Staff Accommodation
- Supervises the payroll process along with the payroll department
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Previous experience in Human Resources Department in Hospitality sector.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Professionalism, responsibility.
