Inter Cars Greece is looking for Payroll Specialist  for Company’s  Head Quarters  in Attika - Elliniko .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor the staff payroll and benefits, maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and perform
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and documents
• Produce necessary dashboards (monthly-quarterly-annual basis) to monitor budget,  targets and evaluate progress
• Maintain the HR database records for all employees ensuring meeting procedural and legislative requirements
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports
• Update internal database with new personnel information and maintain HR records
• Participate in developing and updating company's policies, organizational guidelines, and procedures

Key Requirements of qualified candidate:

• BSc in Business Administration, Financial or Accounting Studies
• 3-4 years of working experience in a relevant position
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, etc.) & reporting knowledge
• Knowledge of the required forms for Ergani
• Very good knowledge of Labour Legislation
• Knowledge of Greek General Chart of Accounts
